Each Action can only contain one specific use case or one specific action (e.g., creating a note or forwarding)

Formulate your instructions as precisely as possible

Keep the instructions as short as possible

However, make sure that all necessary information is included

Concrete and especially realistic examples can be very helpful for the AI

Never add contradictory or duplicate instructions (this applies especially to Actions among themselves)

Reduce the number of Actions to a minimum, because the higher the number of Actions, the more potential for errors and confusion arises for the AI
